We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the really good cleanliness of the room and the accommodating housekeeping staff. We particularly enjoyed the heated floor and the spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet was a great addition, with a variety of options including the popular make your own waffles. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and a nearby Homeplus. The friendly staff were really nice, provided complimentary welcome packs and free ice coffee throughout the day.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a fun "make your own waffles" station. The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and a major shopping center. We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome packs and free ice coffee.
The room temperature was difficult to control, leading to a stuffy and uncomfortable environment. some of the furniture appeared outdated and in need of updating.

The room at Symphony Hotel was super clean, and the housekeeping team did an really good job. The bed was perfectly made, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We were impressed with the immediate response to a drainage issue in the bathroom, fixed right away. And the best part? The floor of the room was heated, offering a cozy and comfortable experience.
While the room was well-maintained, it lacked independent temperature control, resulting in it being too warm.

the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and a grocery store. the spacious bathroom was a great convenience, and the welcome packs added a nice touch. the free all-day ice coffee was a real treat and the breakfast with 'make your own waffles' was a highlight. the housekeeping was impressive, and we loved the heated floors!
While the front desk staff was friendly, there were occasional language barriers that made it harder to communicate our requests clearly.

The receptionist had limited English skills and was not very helpful, leading to frustrating communication issues. the room lacked individual temperature control, resulting in uncomfortable heating.
